Returning all three items:
You will receive a full refund of the amount you paid.

Returning just one or two items:
The 3 for 2 offer will no longer apply. We will recalculate the total price based on the items you keep, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

If you return the free item only:
No refund will be given, as this item was free under the promotion.

Example:
If you bought three items at £30, £20, and £10 (with the £10 item free), and you return the £30 item:

The promotion no longer applies.

You will be charged full price for the two items you are keeping (£20 + £10 = £30).

You will be refunded the difference between what you originally paid (£40) and the new total (£30), meaning a refund of £10.

***Christmas Returns Policy***

Our Refunds and Exchanges policy has been extended for Christmas gifts.  Any purchases made online can be returned up to and including 7th January 2026. 

Would you like to return something to us? No problem!

We offer a full refund or exchange on all items returned to the address below within 14 days of receipt for UK orders and 21 days for international.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us.

We can only issue a refund on items that have not been worn and that still have the tags attached.

Please include your original invoice with the product if you have it.

Good news! We now offer exchanges. While return shipping is paid by the customer, we will cover the cost of sending out the replacement. Please specify what item and size you would like as a replacement when you return your original item. Once we receive the item back, we will be in touch if there are any further costs to be paid.

Postage charges are NON refundable.  All orders with free postage will have the postage charge deducted from the refunded amount.

International Returns (Outside UK)

• Please fill in the Exchange & Refund form included in your order. 
• Your returned item must be shipped to us within 21 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. This is despite the fact it may not arrive back to us until the fourteen days has elapsed. We strongly recommend you use a recorded or traceable delivery service against which you are insured in the event of loss, as the goods are your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.
• Please ensure all items are securely packaged to avoid the possibility of damage in transit, and that a receipt is obtained as proof of delivery.
