Harper & Lewis use Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service for Delivery & Royal Mail for Ireland and International

All orders made before 3pm Monday - Friday will be shipped the same working day. 

Any orders made after 3pm will be shipped the next working day.

If you are ordering on a Saturday or Sunday your order will be shipped the following Monday.

Royal Mail UK Delivery Tracked 48 on all orders is £3.80 and takes 3 - 5 working days. Delivery updates will be sent to the email address used to make the order.

DPD Delivery is used for Ireland, Germany, France, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Austria, Sweden, Denmark and Spain and is €5 and takes 5 - 7 working days. See information below for any orders over €150. 

DPD Denmark Delivery is 35kr on all orders and takes 5 - 7 workings days.  See information below for any orders over 1144kr. 

DPD Poland Delivery is 20zł. on all orders and takes 5 - 7 workings days.  See information below for any orders over 601zł.. 

DPD Australia Delivery starts from $19 and takes 7-10 working days.  

Royal Mail Rest of the World Shipping is £15 and can take 10 - 14 working days.

DPD UK Express cut off is 3pm Monday - Thursday.

DPD UK Express order are UK only which excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles & Republic of Ireland. Northern Ireland ordered on this service is 2 working days.

Delivery updates will be sent to the mobile number used to make the order.

DPD UK Express Delivery on all orders is £7.00.  Will only be shipped Monday - Thursday.

Would  you like to return something back to us? No problem!

We offer a full refund on all items returned back to the below address within 30 days of receipt.

We can only issue a refund on items that have not been worn and that still have the tags attached.

Please include your original invoice with the product if you have it. 

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.

Please also download the Return Form and enclose this in your parcel too.  You have to pay to return.

Postage charges are NON refundable.  All orders with free postage will have the postage charge deducted from the refunded amount.

International Returns (Outside UK)

• Please use the Return form above and send to the address above. 
• Your returned item must be shipped to us within 30 Days of receipt for an exchange or refund. This is despite the fact it may not arrive back to us until the fourteen days has elapsed. We strongly recommend you use a recorded or traceable delivery service against which you are insured in the event of loss, as the goods are your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.
• Please ensure all items are securely packaged to avoid the possibility of damage in transit, and that a receipt is obtained as proof of delivery.
